    DDC is fully aware and adhering the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 published by     the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution in Official Gazette dated 28th December 2021 including any amendments, modifications or enactment of new legislation by Government of India. DDC has prepared and incorporated all the guidelines, rules and requirements mentioned in the said Direct Selling Rules.

 DDC पूरी तरह से जागरूक है और हम कंज्यूमर प्रोटेक्शन (डायरेक्ट सेलिंग) नियम, 2021 इश्यूड बाय द फूड एंड पब्लिक डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन का पूरी तरह से पालन करते है सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय द्वारा 28 दिसंबर 2021 के आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण (प्रत्यक्ष बिक्री) नियम, 2021 का पालन कर रहे है, जिसमें भारत सरकार द्वारा किसी भी भावी संशोधन, संशोधन या नए कानून को लागू करना शामिल है। DDC ने उक्त डायरेक्ट सेलिंग नियम में उल्लिखित सभी दिशा-निर्देशों, नियमों और आवश्यकताओं को शामिल और पालन करते है

DDC has its Internal Compliance Team which ensures the proper and effective corporate governance. It also ensures the DDC is in compliance with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws. The Compliance Team moves the DDC from reactive to proactive in detecting and preventing wrongdoing.
Following are the internal compliances with regard to Independent Seller Partners/Distributers:

1. Affadavit Verification: To ensure and confirm the KYC details along with full understanding of business model of the DDC. It is also to ensure that distributer shall be aware that DDC is not providing any job opportunity to them.
   
   
2. Grievance Redressal Team: It investigates the problem or issues raised by any Independent Direct Seller/Distributer and provides impartial resolution. Grievance Redressal Team is available on all working days from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
   
   
3. Online Compliance Team: It tracks the unethical activity against the Company by any insider or outsider i.e. Fake job posting in the name of the DDC, fake articles or negative video posting against DDC. It helps to remove these post, articles or video from cyber space.

DDC की अपनी आंतरिक अनुपालन टीम है जो उचित और प्रभावी कॉर्पोरेट प्रशासन को सुनिश्चित करती है। यह टीम यह भी सुनिश्चित करती है कि DDC अपनी बाहरी नियामक और कानूनी आवश्यकताओं के साथ-साथ आंतरिक नीतियों और उपनियमों का अनुपालन कर रहा है। अनुपालन टीम गलत कार्यों का पता लगाने और उन्हें रोकने के लिए DDC को रिएक्टिव से प्रोएक्टिव बनाती है।

इंडिपेंडेंट बिज़नेस ओनर के लिए अनुपालन संबंधी आंतरिक नियम निम्नलिखित हैं:

1. एफिडेविट वेरिफिकेशन : KYC वेरिफिकेशन की पुष्टि के साथ-साथ DDC के बिज़नेस मॉडल की पूरी समझ सुनिश्चित करने के लिए। इसके द्वारा यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाता है कि वितरक को यह जानकारी है कि DDC उन्हें नौकरी नहीं देती है
   
   
2. शिकायत समाधान टीम: यह टीम इंडिपेंडेंट बिज़नेस ओनर द्वारा दर्ज कराई गई शिकायतों या मामलों की छानबीन करती है और निष्पक्ष समाधान प्रदान करती है। शिकायत समाधान टीम सभी कार्य दिवसों पर प्रात: 10 बजे से सायं 6:00 बजे तक उपलब्ध होती है।
   
   
3. ऑनलाइन अनुपालन टीम: किसी इनसाइडर या आउट साइडर द्वारा कंपनी के विरुद्ध अनैतिक कृत्यों जैसे DDC के नाम से फर्जी नौकरी के विज्ञापन देना, DDC के विरुद्ध झूठे लेख या नकारात्मक प्रभाव वाले वीडियो पोस्ट करना आदि का पता लगाती है। यह इन पोस्ट्स, लेखों या वीडियो को सायबर स्पेस से हटाने में सहायता करती है।

No, DDC is not a pyramid scheme, as DDC follows the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. In fact, pyramid scheme is not legal in India. Unfortunately, due to the lack of understanding and misperceptions, especially on social media, direct selling businesses are incorrectly labelled.

We believe in ethical business practices and promote the same in our community as well. We take strict action against the distributor in case of fake job posting. (in case we find them promoting false job in any way possible)

DDC investigates the case end to end in case of any unethical activity, we straight forward disable the FCID of the distributor irrespective of the distributors rank after the completion of internal enquiry against the Distributer and considering all aspects in this regard.

Selling products is the most important part of the DDC business, not recruiting. Distributors cannot make money unless products are sold.

A Distributor could recruit a million people, if none of them generate product sales, nobody would make any money. Distributors as well as the people on their sales teams need to be selling products in order to earn an income. By the way, DDC business is free of cost and there are no fees on any account if you choose to do business with DDC.

DDC sign-up is completely free and there are no charges for any training or registration in DDC, In fact DDC takes action against the distributor if found involved in asking for money on behalf of DDC.

Yes, DDC has Refund and Return Policy in place.

According to the Policy, it allows all the distributors to place a refund request subject to the return window of the products mentioned on the product page. We process the refund to the source account and recommend you to make payment through your own account only.

At times our business model is often misunderstood as our products are not found in stores which can sometimes lead to false assumptions about us.

We are in direct sales business since 2023 and as you know we are a Company duly registered under the Companies Act which operates on going concern basis. Other than this, we are getting stronger day by day since the date (our company started its operations) of start of our operations back in 2023.
